Congratulations Katherine & Adrian

It’s been a long time since I last blogged, and I humbly appologise! It’s been an absolutely crazy summer and autumn, and now we’re heading towards Christmas, it doesn’t stop. YAY! In the meantime, I’ve put together blog posts to fire off over the next couple of weeks, to try and squeeze in everything that’s happened. First up is Katherine and Adrian’s wedding.

Katherine and Adrian are my first wedding couple, who sent me an enquiry when the website and business was less than 24 hours old. They are absolutely wonderful people and it was a pleasure to create their wedding cupcakes for them. They’ll hold a special place in the Cirencester Cupcake’s heart being our first wedding.

Katherine and Adrian had chosen a purple and lilac theme for their wedding which we contrasted with ivory. The floral decorations were handmade, embossed sugar blossoms on their bite-size and regular cupcakes, matched with their top tier giant cupcake. To compliment the colours, they chose a mixture of lavender and vanilla flavours.

I absolutely loved the overall effect of the cupcakes and the display, simple yet stunning and elegant.

A huge congratulations to Katherine and Adrian and thank you for asking me to create your wedding cupcakes when I was just starting out.

Lou xx
